  I recently purchased a vehicle from Jen, Jewels, and Kevin at Pre-Approved Auto. They bent over backwards to make this happen for me. You will sense their integrity the minute you walk through the door. They are ALWAYS busy which is a huge green flag in my book. I took note of all their happy customers and acquaintances/friends of mine that have already been pleased with them. Their Christian values, no pressure sales, and friendly style won me over. I highly recommend them as a business, and Ottumwa is very fortunate to have them. In today's world, a business that openly stands for values and honesty is hard to find. I look forward to doing business with them for the service and lifetime of my vehicle.

  Want to brag about pre approved auto ... I would highly recommend them. I have been looking for a nice car to trade my cars off on , talked to Jen Jennifer Glenn Christopher within couple days I was into a nice safe car. Jen and Jewels Caldwell were really willing to help get me into the car I wanted. I drove off in a nice clean car and a happy owner of a new car.. so if your looking for a nice car , friendly staff and willing to help you with any kind of credit head on over to Pre approved.... you'll be glad you did.

  Very nice smooth transaction! We started at Vaughn and couldn't make a deal. Decided to drive across town to see what they had and we found the exact same vehicle with more features, less miles, came with a warranty and less money! Plus they gave us more for our trade in! Extremely friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to stop by and check them out!

  Great friendly staff!! Very helpful and polite! They really worked with me on getting a car just right for my needs and price range!! Bought a car and had oil change, it had some unforeseen problems. Took it in and they were extremely compensating and got me back on the road in no time! Plan on going for any future needs.

  I know there is a minimum of characters for reviews, but how many letters does it take to say "I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!" Perhaps I can add a few more exclamation points? BTW... Jen and Jewels are awesome! Ask Kevin to introduce you to THE CHAIR. He'll know what you mean. Every time I get my oil changed I'm going to enjoy THE CHAIR. Thanks for a great car buying experience!

  I bought a 2009 Chevy Equinox from Pre Approved Auto. This was my first time ever buying from a dealership and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very nice and Jennifer did everything she could to make my payments fit my budget. She was very nice and approachable... very easy to talk to! Truly happy to have bought from here :)
